You have an item that you sell in store but I don't see it online, how do I get my hands on the item?

If you don't see an item online that was available at one of our stores, please contact us via phone or through this site's contact sheet [HERE]. We may not have launched it on our store yet.

"How long after my order has been placed will it be shipped out?"

It takes us 1-2 business days to send a confirmation of your purchase. All of our stock merchandise is shipped out within 2-3 business days. For sizes other than standard, please allow an extra day for resizing. Customized orders take approximately 2-3 business weeks (10-14 business days). Rush orders are available, please contact us (via phone or contact sheet) with your "need by date" for verification. All purchases are sent through insured priority mail unless otherwise requested. For out of stock items, customer service will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! In fact, we enjoy it when our customers design something themselves and we bring their ideas to life! Just email us a photo or a scanned image of your design and we will try to incorporate as much of it as possible. If not, we will be sure to contact you with any concerns we have.

I can't afford to pay all at once, do you have a layaway plan?

Yes! We do have a layaway payment plan that allows the buyer 6 months to a year to pay off your order.

For custom orders, once you have paid half, we start making the item and once you pay your remaining balance, we send out the item (or you can pick it up)!

What is a Karat? What is a Carat?

All of our jewelry is commonly made in 14K.

Karats in gold are a measure of purity. The higher the karat, the more gold a piece of jewelry has. Pure gold is composed of 24 karats. 18K gold, on the other hand, has 18 parts gold and 6 parts other metals.

However, it is unusual to find 24K jewelry. To make jewelry, gold is usually mixed with other metals like copper or silver since pure gold would be too soft and would bend and scratch easily which is why gold jewelry is usually 14k or 18k. For a piece to be labeled "gold" jewelry in the United States, it must be a minimum of 10K; in England and Canada, the minimum is 9K; while in European countries like Italy and France, the minimum is 18K.

Carats are units of weight used in measuring stones such as diamonds. For example, a one carat diamond is about 200 milligrams.

How long does enamel last?

Enamel can last for years without wearing out or coming off but sometimes continuous wear will cause enamel to flake. For our items, we offer re-enameling for free but we also offer the service for reenameling jewelry from other sources for $15-$30 depending on size of item.

I don't know what size to buy, how do I find out?

We recommend that you head to the nearest jewelry store and ask them, or come on down to see us to size your wrist or finger for bracelet or ring sizes.
