COVID-19 RESPONSE

Hey there, everyone!


We've been getting a lot of calls recently about the COVID-19 outbreaks on the island and how we're planning to operate from now on.


In order to prevent the spread, we'll be changing a few things on how we operate.


1) We will not be closed; just limiting store hours to:

Mon-Sat: 1:30 to 6:00


2) We will be limiting the amount of people allowed in the store at once.

(According to the US government guidelines, keeping the crowds to less than 10 people.)


3) New customers:

If you can, please place orders online via princessgold.online (we'll be waiving shipping during this time);

or via email princessgoldjewelry@gmail.com, for all custom orders.


4) Existing customers:

Please check-in by email or by phone to check the status of their order before coming in person, to limit the amount of people in the store at anytime.

(If you'd like us to ship the item to you, email us with your name, phone, mailing info, and invoice number.)


5) Customers who have lost/misplaced their invoices:

Please wait until after all of this has settled, or we encourage you to please use this time to find your invoices.

We will NOT be looking for each individual's lost receipts at this time.

6) Please be patient with us, as we are now short-handed, and majority of our crew are working from home in order to take care of their kids, and families.
